Vietnamese Dipping Sauce
Nuoc Cham
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons Vietnamese fish sauce
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons sugar
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 small hot red or green chile, finely chopped
Stir together all ingredients.
