Mustard-Herb Chicken Breast

The Dijon mayonnaise makes this mustard-herb chicken breast recipe tasty and flavorful.  This recipe is one of Taste of Home’s favorite Chicken Recipes that is an easy entrée to pull together for dinner.

 

Ingredients:
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup Dijon-mayonnaise blend
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Directions:
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first seven ingredients; add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 2 hours, turning once.
Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
