Artichoke Spread

Serves 6-8 people as an appetizer

 

2 14.5 oz. cans artichokes, rinsed, well drained and cut up
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup parmesan cheese

Mix 3 ingredients. Place in a one quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika.

Heat until warm and serve with crackers.
