Linda Gilbert
Linda (broadwaycatering@vom.com) has been a hard-core "foodie" for as long as she can remember. For over 15 years, she's also made food her profession. She has worked in diverse aspects of the business as a free-lance journalist, a cooking class instructor, a restaurant chef and the developer, designer and manager of her own cookie company and most recently along with her husband, Tom Romano, purchased a catering and events business, Broadway Catering and Events. Along with food and travel, her greatest passion is gardening. She and her husband Tom are consistently adding to the more than 100 varieties of plants and bulbs (not including their orchids) in their terraced garden. As chefs, they delight in finding unusual varieties of herbs and vegetables to experiment with, both in the garden and in the kitchen.
