In 1981, Beverly (bdubrin@astound.net) changed careers, leaving a flourishing Data Management career at a major San Francisco corporation, to devote herself full-time to Beverly Dubrin's Where-To-Guide, a bimonthly newsletter about dining, travel, and shopping in Northern California.
Beverly's other projects include freelance writing, talk radio show appearances, creating custom Where-To-Guides for conventioneers and businesses, and planning tours and events in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is the author of the Shops chapter in the Gault Millau, "The Best of San Francisco and Northern California" guide book. When she is not dining, shopping or traveling, Beverly swims with the Walnut Creek Masters team, plays tennis, rides her mountain bike, tutors Macintosh Computer users, and enjoys the company of her canine companion, Prince.
